Why Fit for the Top?
One of my favorite clients—and one of my longest partnerships—has been with me for over three years.

HOW MUCH IS THE FIT FOR THE TOP PROGRAM?
The Fit for the Top program is available to you in two levels. Our 8-week Momentum level is $1,800. Our 12 week Mastery level is $2,500. While most of our clients are able to make the investment at one time,
A payment plan option is available for both levels.
What equipment do I need?
A standard gym should provide all equipment required to complete gym workouts.

If you're completing the Fit for the Top program from home, you'll need:

✓A set of dumbbells (ideally two sets, one lighter for upper body, and a heavier set for lower body)
✓A bench or sturdy piece of furniture
✓Resistance bands (try ours!)
✓A jumping rope
✓An exercise ball
✓A yoga mat
ARE ALL THE WORKOUTS AND TRAININGS VIRTUAL?
Yes the entire program is virtual via the Sarah Jane Fitness App.
DO YOU PROVIDE A MEAL PLAN?
The Fit for the Top program gives you a fasting schedule with amazing protein shakes and healthy whole food meals. We show you how you should be eating and provide an array of recipes that can be made with few ingredients and under 35 minutes. Our goal is to help you maintain healthy eating habits with an "eating plan/meal guide" full of choices and variety and an "eating schedule" with recommended times to eat throughout your day.
You will know how to eat for your body to maintain your results with our popular recipes like Cherry Vanilla Protein Shake, Sundried Tahini Salad, or Sweet Potato and Quinoa Burger. (just to name a few!!)
WHEN DOES THE FIT FOR THE TOP PROGRAM START?
You can enroll in the program and start the program at anytime. However all coaching and accountability calls are once a week at a mutually agreed date and time with your coach.
WHAT IF I DON'T SEE RESULTS? CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Our proven-method provides transformation on many levels and believe that if you follow our method then you should see and feel the results of your effort and our program. Due to the nature of this program, and the access you’ll be provided upon sign up, refunds are not allowed.
