The Fitting in Fitness Program is our 12 week fitness and nutrition program designed for busy women executives and professionals. If you are ready for workouts that you will love, eating habits you can stick to, and weight loss that you can finally maintain then you are in the right place! Let’s get started

WHO IS IT FOR?

I created the fitting in Fitness Program for those who are:

You’ve tried everything! (Diets, workout challenges and counting calories) and nothing seems to work.

Your are struggling to fit your needs into your busy schedule.

you don’t have the desire or push to stay consistent or start again.

You know you need to eat better and workout but don’t know where to start

THE PROCESS

Step 1 : Secure your spot 

By filling out your quick application and being redirected to the checkout. You can enroll at anytime, but all group coaching calls are held once a week on Sunday.  This allows my team and I to give you the support you need.  

Step 2 : Download the App 

Download the app. Once your purchase is complete, you will gain access to the Sarah Jane Fitness App so you can start exploring and preparing before you officially start the program. 

Step 3: Follow Your Onboarding Details

You’ll be requested to submit your before shots and answer a few fitness goal questions. From here, you’ll be ready to start the program.

WHATS INCLUDED?

In this program you’ll enjoy a combination of: 

  • A complete meal guide with nutritious and flavor options for lunch, dinner, and snacks
  • Diverse and flavorful whole food recipes to cook in under 40 minutes
  • A complete intermittent fasting schedule to maximize your results
  • High protein shakes to keep you full and energized during the busyness of your day.
  • A mixture of High Intensity and Low Intensity Resistance Training for any fitness level.
  • Weekly accountability calls to keep you focused and motivated on achieving your weekly targets
  • Home and Gym based workouts so you can workout anywhere.
Each workout session takes about 15-30 minutes to complete. You will additionally receive meal guides for each day you’re apart of the program. 

This program has a rolling enrollment, but group coaching and accountability calls are every Sunday. You will enjoy 3 months access with access to premium features within the app to continue your fitness journey.

You'll have full support as you begin your intermittent fasting schedule with our delicious and flavorful meals!

Now that you are feeling lighter and use to your new schedule and eating pattern we'll continue adding in whole-food flavorful recipes and turn up the intensity just a notch on your workouts.

    ARE ALL THE WORKOUTS AND TRAININGS VIRTUAL?

    Yes the entire program is virtual via the Sarah Jane Fitness App.

    HOW WILL I KNOW TO DO THE WORKOUTS? + GET THE MEAL PLANS?

    You will also receive step-by-step instructions on how to get onboarded

    DO I HAVE TO TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS?

     Yes, this is a requirement so you can see results and we can track your progress over the next 3 months. But we can respect your privacy and block your face in our graphic design when sharing the images.

    DO YOU PROVIDE MEAL PLANS?

    No,I don’t provide meal plans. Meal plans fail because it restrictive, difficult to keep up with, and honestly are a waste of money. ( Most people end up not eating the food they prepped and left in the fridge for DAYS!)

    The Fitting in Fitness program gives you a fasting schedule with amazing protein shakes and healthy whole food meals. We show you how you should be eating and provide an array of recipes that can be made with few ingredients and under 40 minutes. Our goal is to help you maintain healthy eating habits with an "eating plan/meal guide" full of choices and variety and an "eating schedule" with recommended times to eat throughout your day.

    You will know how to eat for your body to maintain your results with our popular recipes like Cherry Vanilla Protein Shake, Sundried Tahini Salad, or Sweet Potato and Quinoa Burger. (just to name a few!!)

    WHAT IF I DON'T SEE RESULTS? CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?

    Our proven-method provides transformation on many levels and believe that if you follow our method then you should see and feel the results of your effort and our program. Due to the nature of this program, and the access you’ll be provided upon sign up, refunds are not allowed.

    WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START?

    You can enroll in the program and start the program at anytime. However all coaching and accountability calls are once a week on Sundays. 

    WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

    A standard gym should provide all equipment required to complete gym workouts.

    If you're completing the Fitting in Fitness from home, you'll need:

    ✓A set of dumbbells (ideally two sets, one lighter for upper body, and a heavier set for lower body)
    ✓A bench or sturdy piece of furniture
    ✓Resistance bands (try ours)
    ✓A jumping rope
    ✓An exercise ball
    ✓A yoga mat

    I'M NOT TECH SAVVY IS THE APP HARD TO LEARN?

    No the app is very simple to use. We provide training videos on how to to use the app upon signup. It is a simple to use interface and you can learn it with ease.

    If you’re looking for a low-cost favorite for in-house workouts to covers the glute, leg and arm workouts, look no further than our resistance bands. Resistance bands are a great workout tool only because you’re super affordable, transportable and versatile, but because they can help target larger muscles as well as stabilizing muscles.
