BOOK A WORKOUT
Ultimately your goals become my goals. I work hard for my personal progression so you should expect for me to treat you the same way. That said, I preach COMMITMENT and CONSISTENCY throughout your fitness journey. The only way it will work is if YOU work.. I can't want your goals more than you want it for yourself. I'v I recommend 2-3 times a week of moderate to intense workouts comprised of the functional areas of fitness: Speed, Agility, Endurance, Strength, and Flexibility. It works, its versatile. Routine is the enemy of progress so we will rarely do the same type of workouts ( that's a good thing!) Nutrition is 80% of your transformation so of course I will assist you in making sustainable lifestyle choices. I don't diet and exercise. I eat and I train. I work hard and I play harder. I train 6 days a week. Thats it! There is no secret. If you want it, make time and space for it.

All sessions whether personal or group must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
Your first session is comprised of an assessment and consultation. Please come dressed in comfortable clothes and sneakers. In addition bring water to stay hydrated. Most importantly eat something light at least 1-2 hours before working out.
