This is exactly why I created Sarah Jane Fitness™ I wanted to create services to help ambitious women who struggle with with consistency, time and accountability when it comes to prioritizing their health and fitness.
It’s not easy. In fact, sticking to a regular workout routine can be daunting. Consistency is easier said than done, but it’s the best secret to accomplish any significant change in your life. But how do you achieve that consistency? What should you do?
As your Certified Nutrition and Fitness Coach, I help you create and build a solid system (and mindset) towards your health and fitness.
Fitness doesn’t have to be a task you dread. Even though it takes effort, many tend to overcomplicate it. The main reason people quit working out is that they want fast results, but, they lack a solid system to keep them accountable.
I offer 1:1 personal training, a Fitting in Fitness 13 Week Program, and nutrition membership community so you can do just that! I’m here to help you go from overwhelmed when it comes to your fitness, to providing you with easy to implement and healthier habits that will aid you in your fitness journey. 8 years ago I was the heaviest that I had ever been and honestly that was a huge turning point for me. I never wanted to feel that way again.
I didn’t want to be the chubby girl on the beach especially amongst my friends. I remember going to Greece and not wanting to get undressed and be seen in bathing suit.
I was embarrassed.
I was uncomfortable.
I was insecure about my body.
I was tired.
And that was honestly enough for me to make the necessary changes to get myself together. I promised myself I would focus on doing whatever it took to lose weight and look good. In the beginning, I was weight loss driven. I said next time I stepped on a beach I was gonna look amazing, wear what I wanted and take a ton of photos.
And so I did…
It was hard, although I managed to lose 30 pounds on my own, I was frustrated with my “little results” because it wasn’t enough. I wanted more.
So I sought out professional trainers when I was ready to take it to the next level.
As a result, i lost an additional 30+ pounds, gained muscle, maintained better eating habits which increased my overall confidence. This decision completely changed my life and ultimately led me to starting Sarah Jane Fitness, to help other women leaders design and maintain a healthier lifestyle . That same support and guidance I received was the priceless foundation that I still use and teach to this day.
