When I first started my fitness journey, I was able to accomplish losing 30 pounds by myself. I was proud! But eventually I hit a plateau. Never in a million years did I think I’d fork over investing in a personal trainer, but when I did, I lost an additional 30 pounds. 

I quickly learned by hiring a personal trainer they were able to help me identify goal and the roadblocks that prevented me from accomplishing the additional 30 pounds I wanted to lose. All trainings can be either in-person (if within same city and state) or virtual, right from the comfort of your own home. 


When working with a personal trainer you will have direct access to a personal guide on how to correctly do exercises.  It can be extremely motivating to not only learn how to do the excercise right, but the “what” and “why” behind the results you can get from the workouts.I always educate my clients so they know the why and feel confident for when they decide to try it at home or when traveling.
